also here no decode.
Knowing the transmitted message, I have used the -f16 -M 'K3RWR_FM18QI_73'  command in ebnaut linux program to check the distance from the decode.

This morning (24-09) at 04.00 UTC i found a Carrier Eb/N0 = -8.5 dB (maximun value). So decode is really very far. I found another max on 23-09 04.00 UT (-12.5 dB) respect to the other transmissions of the same day.  04.00 UT seems to be the right time for our T/A.

Just for fun, i have tried to stack these two recordings using the procedure suggested by Paul Nicholson. By stucking these two items, i found Carrier Eb/N0 = -6.5 dB. Still far. I don't known if the process carried out by me was ok and if the stacking method is usable at LF. Maybe should be better to stack close transmissions instead of 24-hours distant.

I will wait for further transmissions to investigate on that.
