The caps are likely to be close to their proper value ], which leaves the values of the inductors.
You have E12 preferred values so guess you're using ready made L components.

They may be specified at a different frequency, a different mounting etc. all of which affect their value.   If you can't adjust the inductance, frig the caps, as Stefan suggested.

I checked the design using ADDE - got the same frequency response plot
