I use aircore loading and matching
Use 2 coils and SW between them for desired band

Hi Chris,

It will depend on your antenna size and the system Q. Just try and see what
happens. On RX, mnothing should become damaged. With the coil switched to LF
there could be enough signal on MF. As long as e.g. a ferrite transformer in
the line is can handle LF, it will also handle MF. Just about a factor 3 in
frequency. But you could use further components in the shack to get more signal
on MF then, like a parallel L which pulls the residual resonance towards higher
frequencies.
Just some spontaneous thoughts.
