Hi FolksI am seeing traces of a QRSS30 signal here on the east coast of New Zealand. My receiver is not calibrated (a V3 RTL dongle which reads 1.5Hz high) but it seems the signal is about 2Hz low (474998Hz or so). The big splurge at the left is from an OCXO deivided down. It should be within 0.5Hz of 475000Hz. I assume it is LU1DOW but I can't confirm it from what I have received so far. Will keep receiving overnight and see what happens. 73 Con, ZL2AFP On 9/06/2018 9:14 p.m., DK7FC wrote: Hi Edgar,For QRSS-30 you don't need a GPS disciplined oscillator. A normal xtal based source (DDS...) is fine unless you keep temperature changes small. His call will take about 30 minutes in that mode (an estimate, without calculating)73, Stefan Am 09.06.2018 09:13, schrieb Edgar:Hi Oscar,Is your frequency GPS disciplined and the QRSS30 message repeated accurately? What is the time length of your message?
