It looks like after a long outage since Jan 30, the Russian Alpha navigation system has returned this morning at 3:05 UT.
ZEVS (81.99999 Hz carrier) is currently also quite busy sending messages. Unfortunately one might speculate that there exists a correlation between military VLF activity and geopolitical tension. Best 73, Markus |
