I guess you have been on the english web site of Reuter.
http://www.reuter-elektronik.com/html/pocket.html
There you can also download the english manual.

Reuter is using a very special and unique way to demodulate signals
("spectrum based demodulation").
It is a stand alone concept.
Performance in audio recovery,sensitivity,selectivity,notch/NB function,dynamic
range
and phase noise is excellent.
it has an accurate S-Meter after calibration.
You can have up to 17dB bit ADC resolution.
Frequency can be stabilized by the built in GPS receiver.
The only possible signal transfer to a PC is per I/Q baseband signals via the
headphone jack.
You can also transfer (static) screenshots per WLAN to a PC.
Firmware updates are also per WLAN.
In the future audio transfer will be possible over Bluetooth, too.

I have purchased the Pocket because it is self contained and combines
portability with extremely high performance
and an accurate S-meter and a spectrum display.
This makes it unique.
It is also very well suited for e.g. chasing interfering noise sources in the
vicinity with a small loop
using the zero Ohm input.
