Constant reference phase on a 30 minute transmission, that's
encouraging: longer duration possible, longer symbols.

We don't yet know how long the phase can be expected to remain
stable at LF.  Everyone uses short (less than 30 min) messages
to remain within a convenient SL FFT window.

Markus, I'm puzzled by the frequency: Rob is on 137395 but
your screen shot shows the WAV header said 135499.9825
plus offset 0.0175 = 135500 Hz.
