LF: Now transmitting DFCW

I am now transmitting DFCW60 on or about 137.779 with a shift of
about 187.5 Hz. Frequency stability has yet to be determined but
seems good enough for easy visual copy.

I will try to stay awake tonight to watch grabbers, but reception
reports and screen shots emailed to me would be much appreciated!
