There is also a 0.3 second delay if the TX stations uses SL to transmit the VLF signal, like i do.
For the above file start i'm calculating the offset as:
0.3 +4/SR +18.96+7*60

...more detailed, to avoid misunderstandings: SR means the samplerate of the wav file, which is usually something arround 1 /sec. It is also displayed in the ebnaut decoder, like the start time.
It is not the sample rate of the soundcard (e.g. 48000 /sec).
