Thread-topic: WSPR Frequencies in EU ?
Hello Paul,

attached a view of the 2200 m WSPR band in JO20ix.
The QRM is from DCF39.
As you can see there are 2 small band with low QRM, one 1425-1450 Hz the other
from 1550-1570 Hz (all audio frequencies, so +136 kHz).
The lower gap is now used by DC0DX (the red line), so the better choice might
be 1560 Hz audio.

I will leave the RX running on 136 kHz WSPR over night.

Onderwerp: LF: WSPR Frequencies in EU ?

What are good and bad WSPR frequencies in EU for 137 kHz? I believe
there are issues with QRM from / to OPERA but I can find no
information on exactly what range OPERA uses.

I have been running on 137.445 but tonight I am trying to run WSPR-2
and WSPR-15 alternating. The 70 Hz frequency difference is not so
good for my amplifier due to the antenna tuning compromise. Would
moving WSPR-2 up to the high end of the range work? Maybe 137.585?

Paul N1BUG FN55mf
