Results from nine repeats. The last night (07/08) was a poor S/N
at Warsaw, reducing the stack from +0.3 dB to -0.1 dB. There was
a modification to Jacek's receiver on the 7th. Did that change
the phase or reduce S/N? No way to tell. It was not the worst
reception at Warsaw, where the S/N appears to vary by 10dB or more
from one night to another. Considering the dB or so lost in the
vorbis link, the stack might well decode if extracted from local
raw storage. If so it would be a new distance record.

Hawley, Forest, and Todmorden were able to decode every night.
That's a pretty solid broadcast over 97 degrees of longitude
and 20 degrees of latitude.

An epic transmission which will surely inspire the construction
of a few more coherent receivers in North America.

Close to a decode after the night before but a poor
night has moved it further away.
