Well, I suppose that 42 chars would be the absolute limit
for lowest noise on the path we have.

42 chars 16K25A CRC16

7.5 second symbols.

Let's also shift the start time a little earlier.
Say 22:15 UT to 07:59 UT.

This will only decode if we have another low noise
night.   Actually last night wasn't completely low
noise - there was a band of thunderstorms along the
US East coast, so the noise peaked on the same bearing
as the signal.

Looking at the error map, the signal seemed to deteriorate
a little from about 04:30.
