Todmorden: Decoded Eb/N0 = +4.0 dB, -31.46 dB in 1Hz,
           rank 0, ref phase -120,-120,-150,-150;

Bielefeld: No decode, Eb/N0 = -3.1 dB, -38.61 dB in 1Hz;

Cumiana: Decoded Eb/N0 = +1.1 dB, -34.42 dB in 1Hz,
         rank 18, constant reference phase.
