Try eBay again. Electroacoustics are advertising for 75 AU$ + $15 for world wide shipping from China/Hong Kong. Showing more than 10 available.

A search for "Audio Injector Octo Sound Card for the Raspberry Pi" found the ad on eBay-UK.
