If it isn't, the coherent integration will suffer a loss.

Maybe try some non-coherent average.  Example, if you
think the phase is stable up to 30 minutes you could try:

 vtnspec -v -f 1493 -w0.2 -r5.555e-4 -a

The -a averages (non-coherently) multiple 30 minute spectra,
which is where the -r5.555e-4 comes from and I've increased
the -w too.

The log messages show an 'nfinal' which is the number of
spectra averaged, and the output file only has two columns,
so plot ($1 - 1500):2

Maybe you get a better S/N from Tony.
