Measurements in Nuernberg are confirming Ric's observations. Frequency and phase were right during the last transmission Jun 20. Only the first few symbols were incorrect, presumably because the software PLL takes a few seconds to aquire first lock towards a "green trace". This could be circumvented by starting the carrier shortly before the beginning of the sequence.
