  Yes,  that  looks  like  a  proper decode, right on the low limit of
  -40dB,  I  have  now  learnt  that  I  *CAN*  run OPERA32 as well as
  multiple instances per hour of WSPR2, I hadn't understood how to set
  it up in the U3S menus, but I will have a play tonight and get OPERA
  running again. Good luck.
