the relatively high QRN!
But Eb/N0 = -0.3 dB, that's quite close to the limit. On the other side
the transmission just took 7 hours, so we wasted 3...4 hours. But our
recent idea to try 10 characters will be much harder now.
There will be more signals soon. With some luck, RC4HAA will be ready
for the weekend.

The best result is achieved with the small frequency offset, however
decode is possible also without it.
Some phase variations are noticeable. Perhaps night is too short now
and we need to use day time for transmission?
