There's still an unexplained difference between Eb/N0 from carrier SNR (-0.14 dB) and from symbol errorrate  (-3.4 dB, seems too low). Perhaps there was still an error in my TX timing, or possibly interference from the stronger DK7FC signal with non-orthogonal symbol duration.
