Hi
Stefan
and VLF
thanks for your long transmission.
Loop is correctly oriented towards you, though a moderade wind moved my
loop during sunday slightly bending the vertical axis.
The big problem here is the neighbour noise :( I've in the list of
things to do other improvements, first of all to change the ferrite for
the loop trafo. But the best upgrade would be to move my RX station
away from here. However, the promises are very good.
Now my grabbers are in st-by and I hope to end the new trafo for
tomorrow so to try to receive some EbNaut VLF transmission soon, too.
Thank you very much!

Re:
VLF: This weekend...
Hi Max,
I also think that this weak trace is a detection of my signal. I
already saw a suspicious peak from the day before, but that was too
short in 47 uHz, thus i decided to transmit for a longer time :-)
So, congrats to your first signal reception on VLF :-) 940 km, not
bad!!
You are already quite in the south so you may have more QRN. Anyway i
would expect the signal could be a few dB stronger. Maybe there is some
lack of sensitivity somewhere in the system? From your settings in SL
it all looks fine :-)
Is the orientation of the loop correct?

Stefan

GM
dear
friends,
on my grabber there is a peak exactly on Stefan transmission freq.:
Do you think this could be a real one? Is the stronger signal all over
the band.
The distance is about 940 Km not bad really! WOW!
