as far as I know Joe's not using the pilot for SpecLab frequency lock, because we found that the level required for this purpose would be so large that it affects SNR. But the weak tone is still useful for a-posteriori determination of his slightly variable RX-LO frequency.
Have you looked for the Loran lines in the files? Their frequencies are absolutely accurate. If you can find and use them, the pilot injection would become unnecessary. At least as long as the eLoran test transmissions from Wildwood remain on air...

I found a carrier at 137500 + 0.097 Hz with a good amplitude on 021000043.txt file. I suppose this is your tone. On the following file (0210013.txt) the tone is shifted at +0.0945 Hz but his amplitude is reduced of several dB's and most probably this is not enough for the SL compensation process.
Hello Joe, LFAnalisys is started here but i have some problem to found the pilot tone.
Maybe i'm wrong, but seems that pilot tone disappares after this period of time.No success with 021000043.txt file (00.30 UT) searching mine and Riccardo's EbNaut signals.
