...Tried the 17 UTC transmission, without success. I'm now waiting for Paul to present results. If it looks promising then i'll try a few more messages. The morning hours stating 8 UTC are favourable.

I will have a look soon. 10 seconds is optimistic but my QRN is unbelivable low on the tree! Is it due to humidity arround the RX loop that the noise is so low? There were wet days in summer too but i didn't see the effect yet. So it will be interesting if i can decode you.
It would be the fastest and longest message between us on VLF i think.
