The experiment was stopped at 12:25 UTC.
The loading coil holds the high voltage. Now i will order another 2 kg of 0.4mm wire to add more turns...

Hi VLF,

Since 10:08 UTC i'm running a test transmission on 5330 Hz. About 240 mA antenna current leads to 12 kV across the D.U.T., my new loading coil which is intended for 2970 Hz. So far the inductance seems to be 1.9 H. I want to check if it actually holds the high voltage as to my estimation before i continue to add more turns. The estimation is that each winding stack has to hold 5 kV. I will then end up somewhere between 30 and 40 kV at 2970 Hz... If someone wants to check if the signal is detectable in some distance....

The signal will be on the air for at least one hour.
