Hoping to do some testing this evening at 477.695 kHz after
a rebuild of the TX.   A bigger PSU gives me around 150W DC
input so that should be good for a few extra dB.

Hoping to see if the anomaly between Eb/N0 calculated from BER,
and the carrier Eb/N0 is still present or not.

And perhaps to see if the signal will decode in Italy.
