Decoded here in Todmorden, easily with Eb/N0 = +9.2 dB

That means, 10 second symbols would have been fine, but
I never seem to succeed in decoding your 10 second
messages, such as

> start 2016-02-13 16:54:00
> duration 03:17:20.00
> coding 8K19
> period 10

This I could not decode.
