The carrier is still on the air.

Paul, is it decodeable?

during transmissions were vy deep dark clouds around and some snow coming down.
could that be the reason for the phase irritations?

I got

found rank 4044817 ber 4.0625e-01
Eb/N0 -3.0 M -8.368480206e-02 [DJ8WX]
ps [ 4 -30 -30 -30 -30]

This counts as a detection, not a decode because it was not
the most significant output from the list decoder. In fact
it was the 22nd lowest and I had to use a list size of 5 million
to find it. Eb/N0 was -3dB with BER 40.6% which is not
decodable.

I suspect something is happening with the phase at around that
time of night, maybe a reversal. That would explain the failure
of 'WX' the other day. I need to do a bit more work to
investigate.
