Markus and Domenico on 2015-11-15 8K19A 22 chars 0.3 second
symbols.   Then some tests with 0.5 seconds 16 chars were
successful the next night.

Signals were too strong for a good test, too much Eb and
not enough N0.   A lot of fading though which put the
interleaving to test.

MF might be good territory for further experiments,
using shorter symbols, wider bandwidth, less stress on
oscillator stability and bit clock accuracy more important.
