An instance of Spectrum lab has been set-up to monitor your signal
frequency as per Paul's suggestion.
" You should try a 3 hour carrier and record that. Then plot
spectra (not spectrogram) with bin widths between 100uHz
and 300uHz, sampling from a range of time intervals. "

The receiver is an IDC-136 II using 125000 Hz.
Sample rate correction is from a 15625 Hz.
Both signals derived from a Rubidium Oscillator.
FFT bin width ~ 159 uHz.
