Done

Added another 3dB atenuator to the already in use 10dB
>From the 20dBm output of U3 to 520mV over 50Ohm -> 5mW to the antenna (NOT ERP)

Power message changed in WSPR and Opera

Reports down 1 to 2dB in my monitor. We are really on the "dummy limit" right 
now

PS: The level of power were a MF antenna radiates as good as a dummy load ;-)

That was just when I went to bed !

-36dB Dynamic decode in Opera. But there was also a G8HUH decode in WSPR with 
an amazing -17dB !!
