decodes with fewer bit errors. Best center frequency seemed to vary 0.2 ...
0.4 mHz below nominal. The pieces of carrier between the messages were very
helpful and correlated well with successful decoding.
How about trying longer messages and faster symbols (e.g. 20 char, 0.5 s) ,
rather than low power?
