The regulations in Spain permit to anyone with HAREC approved license to use the bans as EAx/xxx
under the CEPT T/R61-02 agreements
 
The complete spectrum use is described in the CNAF documentation by the Spanish PTT authority
From URE webpage you can see the details for 630m and 2200m (sorry, Spanish only)
500KHz is not authorized for radioamateur service in Spain

is 472kHz included in CEPT T/R61-01 in Spain?

In Belgium it is. So anyone with a CEPT-HAREC approved license can operate 472-479kHz  and  501-504kHz with 5 W EIRP using ON/xxx (for a period of max. 3 months).

That was the final shot of Jon this year from EA8, Fuerteventura island
We have been lucky to get him on MF last night
 
He will be back on January and March 2016 with imporved Rx capabilities
Or even a Tx .....  ;-)
