Stefan the Dst is good at -10nT :-)) so
you may well be right. The storm was only relevant to Laurence as proton events
cause PCA, which, as you say, not a problem much below the Arctic Circle. It may
not be good, but in that case it would be nice to know why :-))

ever the DST stuff says (because the path is far away from the polar region
and there is just water!).
