Send a message addressed to [email protected]  put something in the subject though it is ignored. NB use text NOT HTML or RichText for the body of the message. Then on the first line in column 1 (no leading spaces or tabs) ...

The "end" is to ensure the parser knows the command is finished because a lot of ISPs add tails to messages these days and many senders use "signtures" which also confuse the old text parser
