Hi Chris,This receiver is widely used by several LF amateurs who are or have been active here, e.g. TF3HZ, YV7MAE, YO/4X1RF(i think), Edgar in Tasmania, SV8CS(i think), JA8SCD and a few more. Results have been fine as well as QRG stability and so on. Ideal for wideband receivers without a 'dial', i.e. you are not limited to a SSB BW or so... I have been received on LF with such a RX in 16833 km :-) 73, Stefan 04 June 2015 I ordered one of these yesterday as I am getting tired of tying up my TS-590 just listening on LF. I think a few people here may have used these, what are your opinions of them please? http://icas.to/lineup/idc-136ii-kit-eng.htm |
