Yes every thuesday evening, IQ2MI/B is active on 476 179.882 Hz. Look at the Spectran join file I just make.
 
So, of course I cannot copy your DFCW. I Qsy now my RX on 476.177

I'm transmitting DFCW at 2Hz spacing. But can see the QRSS CW signal at DK7FC grabber too
 
Seems like the frequency is occupied ;-)
 
I QSY to the low side at 476.177 and will tune a bit the U3 to let it run GPS calibration
