LF: QRSS60 on 136,172kHz

I will be transmitting tonight on 136.1721kHz with my full callsign 
in QRSS60 every two hours starting on each odd hour (eg 1700, 1900, 
2100 etc). If the system holds up - it is vulnerable to rain, snow, 
wind - I will continue overnight.
