Hi Joe,
Terry is right. You did produce an impressive
signal last night, even here in the hinterland. Unfortunately the blue
color does not appear so bright on my grabber, so here's one from 4 UT with the
directional colours rotated to green.
Maybe you should organize a tribal dance around the
mast to keep Mother happy ;-)
All the best,
Markus (DF6NM)

night
Hi Terry,
It's gratifying to see an
improvement; it seems the gardening work has paid off. Many trees where
chopped down and a new tower was planted to hold up the 100m of top loading
for the new aerial, an inverted (rotated) L that is fed at the base of the
main tower. It was first raised new years day and tuned with 1.6 mH but
Mother Nature made quick work of it.
It was repaired and on the air
last night. Hopefully an encore tonight and once the WX improves it
will be QRV on 630 m in the near future.
Thank-you for the capture
& report and grabber/OPDS services! The TX will be QRV 137.777 with all 3
Decca modules around 2300 tonight unless Mother Nature has other
ideas.
