A short Tx will also decode with OP32 and detect with OP32Dy depending on the signal level..

The s/n will   reflect  the  amount  of  signal  received

A couple of times, a station was decoded by Deep Search, and then 10 minutes or so later were reported by the same station using regular Op at a much higher S/N. This effect is also seen on OPDS. ................. Mike, G3XDV

Probably, you mean one of my transmissions..
At the time, I began to transmitting and immediately stopped.
Then, after a few minutes I turned on again.
