Hi Marc,

The rx is an ex-Royal Navy type CFD  - I think! Used in submarines about 2 
generations before the current fit. I have the complete technical manual for it 
but only in paper form, not electronic - used to have one of the receivers too 
but just a bit too large - and doesn't quite fit in a standard 19 inch rack :-(
If you want to borrow the documentation you are welcome - I could scan it but 
this will take some time (large manual!).
