Mike's rx was in Marlton, NJ at that time.  It has moved
twice since then.  Now a bit further away but a much
quieter site.

Maybe it will need a kite transmission - night time.
And perhaps a /P rx on the east coast.  A team
effort at both ends?   Perhaps a couple of radio
clubs rise to the challenge.
