That explains it , thinking  about it , its  amazing  I can actually see  something  on 136 , using  SL , and  decoded  Mike  as  well , tends to  point to the  local noise level  has dropped  !

Graham, LF,

Yes, there is a station or two outside the upper limit of the decode pass-band.

I have noted that there are a small number of operators not using the latest Opera v1.5.4.
These stations will be outside the current pass-band for decoding.

An upgrade to the latest Opera v1.5.4 for full compatibility.
