ED5YAE beacon on 1296.965 will follow working in Op05 using OZ2M keyer

We have been playing Aircraft Scatter in Spain during the winter with very
good results. The 30 sec periods are short enought to be usable even at 1296MHz
And the new Opera version with improved resistance to fading makes it even more
reliable for this mode
