Yes, 29.499 -1575 = 27.924 [call it 27.925] Dial Freq on RX. 
Late hours and working with 4 hours sleep taking it's toll on this OM!   Bob

Aptly   named  after the  classic  Marks  Brothers  film ' A Night  at the  Opera'   total  chaos ! 
 
Q What  is the  final Carrier  Frequency  for  tonight  ?
 
NB- Opera  works  upside  down as  well  , if usb  is needed  to  reach the  qrg , some  Rx's   stop  at 30 KHz , just ensure the  recovered tone  is inside the  50 Hz pass  band

I think Opera should be fed using dial 27.925 kHz to put you at audio center (not 27.975 kHz).

VLFers;
WH1XBA NY back on tonight.  Dial freq of 27.975 would be more centered instead of 27.945.  Please take note of this.  Window is only 50 hz instead of 100 hz as other OPERA modes.
Will continue with OP2H and hope to stay on longer tonight [0800-0900 hopefully]
