Thanks for testing WSR2 just now.
I was using a modified version, and wonder what the reason for poor copy (on my signal) was. Your signal went up and down between -5 and -25 (!) dB, but was almost error-free copy.

Was there, by chance, a carrier (white line) between the red markers ?
If so, the version which is just being tested here may help, because it can be configured to "ignore" single carriers in the decoder's passband.
