From the strength of the signal and past activities on that frequency, I'm pretty sure it's emitted by HWU near Rosnay, 46°42'47"N, 1°14'39"E. The antenna field is impressive on Google Maps, although masked to lower resolution.
 
Now Laura, what is your bearing of this signal? This may be of interest to some in the group ;-))
