Yes, Jerry e mailed me last week. He can use that freq to test his stuff on air into different ants and loads. He also wants to try a transmitter for SW that is SSB with carrier
I don't hear anything in that band. Actually with no QRM 100 w Viker 2 will do just fine! Going to be interesting!
Got some freezing rain here but am going to try loading the ant anyway. Just got home and will spark-up in half hour or so. Won't stay on if band is poor-Bob

BTW, I have made good progress on the 1700-1800 kHz license, I got the FAA to grant a release of the lower part (1700-1750) which is allocated to them. We are going to have Jerry, Joe Fell, you and me on the ticket with 5kW so we can let the broadcast transmitters rip without being shy about it !
