Hello Wolf, This phenomenon is quite common for NDB's from the east But not only there. A nice example is UK based NDB CWL on 423 kHz.Instead of two sidebands +/- 400 Hz it transmits a sideband at + 400 and + 800 Hz. BIA is by far not a worst case example.Some Russian and Ukrain NDB's have multiple sidebands and at close range can cover up to +/- 5 kHz from the carrier.
