explain why i.e. a Zepp antenna of about 40m length can be used on the
80m and 40m and 20m and 10m band...
If we call 472-479kHz (= 635,6m - 626.3m) the 600m band the
'error' is 5.9% at the lower band end and 4.4% at the upper band end.
So for me there is no problem in going for a round number, as we
do for most other bands.
630m is also a round number. Otherwise we should call the 160m band the
200m band (?).
And, would it be a problem for you to call it the 630m band? And if so,
why?
