Hi Bob, 74-ers,

date      time   call   distance  frequency bandwidth  snr    correlation
2013-12-10 03:27:34 WG4XRS  6448km  74549.500Hz   1mHz -50.6dBOp 100% 15.7dB
2013-12-10 02:21:50 WG4XRS  6448km  74549.500Hz   1mHz -42.0dBOp  83% 16.8dB
2013-12-10 01:16:06 WG4XRS  6448km  74549.500Hz   1mHz -45.2dBOp  84% 16.9dB
"only" three opds hits here, so not quite as good for me as the night before ;-)) This might well be due to changing DCF77 interference levels, rather then propagation.

I have shifted the frequency range a tad upwards, only so much that Dex' original QRG 74548.5 is still included. It looks like 551.6 to 551.9 is pretty clear, it appears also slightly cleaner on Henny's capture. So you might want to move to say 74551.8 tonight. If this works out well for all, I will recenter the RX slot around the 552 line tomorrow, and then perhaps all XRS stations would like to transmit in that slot.

73, Markus (DF6NM)

WG2XRS/4 will be WG4XRS on OP/OPDS64 tonight.  Seems reporting got messed up with too many characters in call sign last night.
Everything else the same, if weather co-ops.  Supposed to get some freezing rain here in Western NY tonight.  I can still operate with some ice.
Hope all are aboard and we have good conditions-73-Bob
