Hello,
This is a known signal.
1. It's of local origin. Europe only (as far as I know...)
2. It has been observed mostly around local noon or early evening.
3. Very often it appears constantly for approx. 1 hour, then switched on and off for approx. 30 min.
Guess from a non-expert: induction heater from neighbor's kitchen.
